Blood is probably from hemorrhoids, a common bi-product of constipation.

Some Gallstones can also have a strong red color, like blood.



Pain is probably from Gallstones or from inflamed gallbladder or inflamed bile ducts.

You may also have a larger stone that is lodging into the bile ducts and causing most of the pain.
