Iodine is part of the issue, it is well known it causes weight loss. Another part is colon health. A healthy colon will absorb food. Whenever you have a painful tummy, food is prevented from being absorbed so you should NOT tolerate that and use marshmallow root and holy basil to help heal your gut!
