Candida depletes magnesium. Therefore one needs to swallow extra magnesium - which is essential for decent bowel mvt. You are doing the right thing: Epsom Salt is useful, when the bowels are too clammed up to assimilate. Keep at it - setting minerals back to normal is a big part of healing candida, but it is a slow process. I use 4 drops of Ion Mag (liquid form) on a daily basis into my drinking water : liquid assimilates better, I do not have the tools to calculate the level I reach, but I bet it is low too.
