There is smooth Tea you are suppose to take before bed every evening, including the night before you start, the the Seasalt water flush (which is unrefined Seasalt with no Iodine in it) 2 t to 1 qt. of warm water, ( the other way to do it is put the two teaspoon full in 1 cup of warm water, and have three cups of warm water next to it You can take a drink of Seasalt water, than a big drink of plain water and keep doing that until all is gone) It cleans out the lower colon very good. You will poop some first and than the salt water will come thru, we call it butt pee, here on the forum, after than empties out, it done for that morning usually. It took 2 1/2 hrs to work the first morning for quite a few people, than usually take 1 1/2 hrs or less soon after that. A lot of people set a clock for 5 AM take it go back to bed until they have to go to the bathroom or until its time to get up.After upi drink this you can drink your lemonaid drink(MCF drink).
