I've been using quite a lot of garlic on my food lately to combat candida. Mainly, I pour powdered garlic on food after cooking. Yesterday I got very sleepy a few hours after a garlic binge, and I'm not sure if that was die-off or just coincidence.

What has been your experience with garlic?
