Howdy

Of course I can't find it now, but I've read in a few posts about a salad cleanse which I believe is for the liver, as an alternate to one of the liver cleanses.

I'm working my way up to a liver flush, but would prefer something a little gentler perhaps if it is effective.

Can someone tell me about it please?
