Brain fog- YES!!! It is awful. I have started a very intellectually demanding job and I'm pathetic at it. I cannot read with any comprehension any more. It causes me to make major mistakes. Even typing is slow now because I hit letters in the wrong order. This is not me!

I just figured out that my problem is Candida less than a week ago, but I have stocked up on most of the recommended supplements, and I'm following a very low-carb, but maybe not low enough, diet.

How can I get my intelligence back?

I am open to suggestions. I am reading the board, but would also like to hear from people who have a serious brain-fog problem.
