It's funny that there is wide spread clinical studies going on all over the world using intense methodology and astronomical budgets, trying to find an appropriate drug to control systemic candida infections. These are parasitic cells which have the potential to exibit human properties. The yeast cell has a total of 23 proteins. Yes you heard that right, and you can check it yourselves "23".
