You should also be on flaxseed oil in liquid form - 1 tablespoon daily which helps reduce inflammation for eczema Psoriasis sufferers. I have Seborrhea and I'm looking great.

What brand of Buckwheat pancakes should I try? I currently use gluten free Arrowhead.
