Hi Mon, The normal flush is not supposed to have oil metabloized in the liver as that is not possible, but the point of the oil is to stimulate the gallbladder to release the stones that have been shrinking down from the malic acid from the apple juice and liquid phosphorous if you take it the right away. You should see stones with the flush that I listed on my bog, but again, the difference is, if you do the flush with the coconut oil you see the yeast too. If you have already done numerous flushes with olive oil, you may not see any stones when you try it with coconut oil, as you have probably gotten most of the stones out with the previous flushes. Use an organic olive oil, there is one from tropicaltraditions that I use. The wax vs liquid coconut is only dependent upon the temperature, typically ifit is above 80 degrees F, the wax like substance starts to liquify. Hope that helps :) BMR
