I'm in the same boat- go to bed around 10-10:30pm and wake up around 7:30-8am.
I know this is more sleep than MOST people need, but
when I sleep less, I don't feel as good.
Also, I often have severe insomnia, so when I can sleep
this much, I am happy to do so.
