Yes, that does sound good, but considering the illness my mum has, I am worried about giving her more than 1000mg per day, she has lumps in liver, and is the liver not used to break down things? She now takes 500mg x 3 per day spread out, but they are from holland and barrett too, I have notices people say sodium ascorbate, and i see ascorbic acid on the vit c bottles, is this different?? I wonder? maybe Owen knows??
