oh, one last thing, how many times a day / week do you put the oil on your belly. I will try what you say (my diet is basically that already). Now that i think about it my skin on my face has been getting drier over the past year only after getting wet (lips done for when wet but only from warm water with cold water im fine) and only my face, no other part (nose and forehead only.)
