Three months ago, when I started taking fish oil, I also got sick the first week. This is not a coincidence. Its the die-off effect caused by the detoxification process. As the Candida dies, the body becomes full of dead yeast, resulting in a variety of symptoms. What I experienced were flu-like symptoms.

Unfortunately, what I did was to take some Antibiotics . Thats the worst thing i could do. The Antibiotics killed my already diminished friendly bacteria. Fish oil didnt work after that.

Now, after having taken probiotics for 10 days, fish oil seems to be working again.

In fact, im experiencing the die-off effect right now.
