Dear Like it or not,

There are a number of options for detox flushing. What were you using?

I am personally using seaweed extracts. Spurilina and Chlorella. My urine is 5.5 pH. I got some Brocolly sprouts.

I am not sure how much flushing I will need to do. I also started with some Alkaline Water. I am working on avoiding the Acid building foods. What list are you using to select your alkaline buiding foods?
