Tina, I'm on a water fast. Yesterday (day 3) I had a blend of 1 1/2 grapefruit, juice from half a lemon, clove of garlic and a little ginger to help my liver out. That's all I've had but the headaches are back. This morning I weighed myself and had lost 14 lbs. Will it get better tomorrow?
