i made it to day 8 and crashed...but i am starting back tomorrow....the funny thing is i am still losing inches...for one, i am fuller with a smaller amount of food...but sorry back to your concern... i have heard of ladies spotting between 6-8 day mark...but i personally did not..i am thinking it is probably bad tissue there and the body is getting rid of it.....
