i put a few drops of walnut tincture into a cup of warm water with about half a tsp. of celtic Sea Salt , and snorted that letting it pour out of my mouth as i went along. it was painful compared to just the salt but it worked! im not sure about exactly the dose i used as i just eyeballed it and went by instinct. i wouldn't use a lot of tincture tho as it is very strong and painful! anyway it has all cleared up, and i can breathe through my nose again.
