Hi,

I'm sorta new to this site and haven't read thru all the archives but I haven't heard a mineral called Chromium mentioned lately.
Anyway, I haven't fasted before .. ever .. but was intending to continue to use this during the fast. For me, this mineral helps relieve headaches and sugar/carb cravings (as I'm not having any artificial Sugar or high carbs currently) and because I've found it to be natural (produced by the body naturally) I would uneducatedly recommend this to those spinning headaches and that "off-balance" feeling. Any other opinions???
