I think its a good idea. I wish I had done it for a bit longer too. I got a lot of stuff out, but I feel a bit longer e.g. 7 to 10 days in total would have got rid of all of it. I'm gonna do the 5 days again - probably in another 4-5 months, and at least you can just order the extra packets by themselves (or I may just use husks with liquid bentonite) as I have loads of the digestive stimulator tabs left.

My family think I'm mad, but one of my sisters is now thinking of doing it after she saw how much weight I lost especially on my stomach, and that my tongue was clear and how much better I felt (my skin is soooo soft). The proof is in the pudding.

Now if I can just conquer my Sugar cravings!!!
