I agree that the grapefruit extract in water is worse, but the worst thing I've ever had to drink was a chinese herb powder mix. It was absolutely disgusting and I would mix it with a minimum amount of water and swallow it in one go even though I was supposed to drink it as a tea. It worked though (it was for alopecia area caused by stressed)so I cant complain tooo much.
