Virgin coconut oil, nothing else added. That's all I can read on the bottle. It does not taste particularly good but not awful either. I flush it down with fruit juice.
It took 2 days but I have been using garlic for a while; maybe the little critters were already leaving but I did not see them: they are rather tiny.
