Here's my honesty, most guys are careful nowadays and probably won't go down on a one nighter but sometimes the urge is so strong that some guys will risk it. If the lady is clean and pretty, it will prove difficult to negate a request from such a woman. I would recommend some protection. To answer your question, the guy was probably very horny, under the influence or maybe liked her so much that he was willing to risk his life for it.
