Hi shellycat, I enjoy reading your posts and appreciate all the great advice you give to everyone. I have a question for you. My natural med doc suggested I take enzymes for digestion, I am taking pancreatin quadruple strength, I have noticed alot of gas being expelled (stinky too) since starting these a few days ago. Would this be a sign that stuff is getting digested better and therfore letting things through better?? I get terribly bloated in the lower section of my abdomen and it feels like trapped gas. So I was hoping these enzymes may be moving everything out. Anyways is this common when taking enzymes?? And I would also appreciate any advice you have on nystatin. I got the Yeast connection book and the Author speaks highly of it all through out the book.
