I took about 6-8 caps daily of megahydrin at the time and it did get rid of bo and bb for me, but bb is a chronic problem that has a few different sources for me. I have low stomach acid, I get it from wheat and cheese, and it is really bad when I have an empty stomach.
Now I take 2 caps daily and I have never had the Body Odor return.

I can't speak highly enough about megahydrin, however, it does nothing for my low stomach acid, but I do think it attacks candida which is another cause of bb.
