Be brave and just do it. Since you already had the milk, nothing you can do to change that now and as for me. I just decided to do it without fasting or without avoiding oily food. I also drank about 300oz a few hours before ( can't remember) I had a large bowl of papaya and pinnapple aslo sometime when I was supposed to be fasting. Just do and at least you learn what works and what doesn't. I was thinking it was unsuccessful but I now have confirmation that even though I did not follow the plan to a T I had a fabulous result.

TIPS: it does make a difference to rub stomach counter clockwise. It does make a difference to take the Epsom Salt as directed. Be sure to rehydrate atfer the flush.
