Yes, the dosage that Hulda gives for Ornithine is fine. People on this forum take that much per liver flush.

I don't live in the U.S. so I don't know what stores you have down there. I just get Paragone (comes in a box) at my 'Vitamin Discount Store'. A store that has tons of vitamins....you'll find Paragone! Just ask.
