I just began to eat paragone, very bad smell like dentist office.
Can anybody tell me what's the result should be expected?
I don't have breakfast every day. Can I reduce the dosage to twice a day? I plan to eat paragone for 1 week then goto flush directly, is this ok?
PS: I noticed the paragone contains walnut, so should be no necessary to take walnut again when flush as Tracey said.
