I started the flush yesterday. Drank the Epsom Salts (disgusting!!) I got diarrhea after the second dose (is this normal?). I was actually surprised by the taste of the OO+GJ. It was good!! I dank the juice and went to bed at 12am, I felt wierd for a while. Then about 1:30 am I woke up, run to the bathroom and got about 9 stones out. During the night I visit the toilette several times and I counted about 70 stones. The largest one was about the size of a pea.
Next morning I drunk my other 2 disgusting doses of Epsom Salts ( I amlost threw up...).
Now after I ate my fisrt light meal I keep having diarrhea. Is this normal???
I'll let you know how I feel tomorrow.
