I am going to have my first flush tomorrow. I am current reviewing the Dr. Hulda's recipe. Who can tell me how much is one tablespoon, 'cos I have many spoons in different size. And do I need make the spoon full like a bomp or just a flat spoon?
BTW, is there any more advice before I do the flush?
