Tracey, Thanks a lot for your kindly helps.
I kept eating paragone before my first flush for about 2 weeks with 2/3 dosage(twice a day, 2 capsules a time). And I stopped it after my first flush.
I think cold drink maybe a trigger of the attacks in sometimes. But I did get several another attacks in the mid-night (I had to get up around 3am)last year. It's quite weird so that I don't know what the exact problem is. (My MD insists it's due to the acid in stomach although the ultrasound report says I have cholelithiasis.)
Should I keep flushing after the bowel clean?
