Thanks for the help, and your good wishes. I'm starting another flush tonight, in hopes that it will help get rid of more of these darn stones. It gets old pretty quick, so a night of flushing looks a lot better than last night..

I just drank my first ES, boy I never though I'd like hearing the "slurp" at the end of the drink, but I'm sure glad to hear it with ES. But, not half as glad as I am with the Olive Oil.

The tortillas (Mission) I buy don't have any lard in them at all, they even advertise that fact. No animal fat, and as far as I know, no margarine either. They are basically made of bleached wheat flour, soy and cotton seed oil, etc. I REALLY hate giving them up. I thought about corn tortillas, but you usually have to fry them, although they have some already shaped. Maybe they're not too bad. Two things I dearly love, mexican food and popcorn.... and I'm never giving up my popcorn. Coke I can live without, but how about low fat margarine?
