I'm actually working on going all raw, so i'd still be consuming nuts, seeds avacado and coconut, just those types of fats. i haven't actually purchased the oil yet, as I will be doing The Master Cleanse for the next couple of weeks and want to do research and find the best brand and value of CO. i appreciate your response. Have you been using CO for a long time? what benefits have you discovered thus far? Also, do you have a favorite brand? Thanks a lot. Best wishes! :)
