Hello all, so I'm trying this fast again. I want to go 10 days. If you saw my post a couple weeks ago I was suffering each of the 4 days I managed to fast. Anyway, I'm at the end of the first day and I feel great.
What I did is I ate vegetarian for over a week, mostly steamed vegetables fruits and juices. I had a little chicken and a little fish (for the omega) but after that I went on a 3 day juice fast. This passed with a breeze. Each morning I'd mix lemon juice from a lemon with organic cranberry juice, 2 diced garlic cloves, and a spoonful of olive oil and diluted with some water and downed it. I also had organic cran-lemon juice diluted through the day. It felt great. I then broke the fast with a small vegetarian meal the day before yesterday and couldn't believe the first day of my Water Fast went so well. I'm on day 2 here, I didn't lose as much weight but I'm to where I was at the end of the previous 4 day fast and my BLOODPRESSURE HAS DROPPED by 6 points diastolic from a month ago! This is amazing. I never thought my BP could drop so much and that dieting like this could make me so much healthier in such a short time. Anyway wish me luck.
