I ate berries and nuts for about a week now and have been on a vegetarian diet for about a month. This is the first day of my all out fast. I hope to go the whole distance. I got some real unrefined Seasalt at the healthfood store the other day and maybe I should mix a 1/4 teaspoon in with a pint of water before going to bed. From what I was reading about Sea Salt on this website now I'm glad I got it.
