good morning all!
i am starting fasting today too.

i hope to lose 5-10 lbs
i lose a couple pounds a day so i am just going to take it as it comes.

my ultimate goal:
125

my fasting session goal:
go from 144 to 135

i am a bloated pms cow today too.
