If you have problems chewing the meat, you can try carpaccio, which is very thinly sliced meat. For example beef carpaccio with a bit of olive oil, lemon juice, pepper and thinly grated cheese is a real delicacy. If you want to slice the meat yourself, it's easier if you put it in the freezer for half an hour or so.
