I'm doing a daytime flush today, too (#6) - I am getting back in the swing of things after being off of flushing, etc., for several weeks due to my mom having been hospitalized for a stroke and diabetic seizures (more incentive to me, though, to avoid such future health problems!).

I've done the 2 ES doses and am soon to do the oil/GFJ; will lie down for a while, then resume working (luckily, I work from my home office).
