I used to zap on my neck often. I did not notice any negative side effects. SOmetimes I thought it helped. What helped me the most was a nasal irregator that hooks to a water pic. I have chronic allergies the feed the chronic sinusitis. I was finally so congested I broke down and went to the dr. Now I am on Flonase. I do not like it, but I feel better for now.
