It is apprarently well established gthat some high fibre foods help prevent colon cancer.

I have found some book titles searching Amazon for "Fibre Foods". But I have found little in serching Curzone and Google.

What foods have the best fibre for preventing Colon Cancer? Are watery fibre supplement mixtures better? Metamuscal?

Should Colon Cancer have a separate forum?

If someone has non-cancerous or pre-cancerous polyps removed, how likely is real cancer to develop? How much does higher fibre diet help?
