Howdy!

Has anyone tried adding cayenne pepper to their oil pulling regimen? If yes, what have been the results?

Since learning more about the medicinal effects of cayenne, I was JUST THINKING of adding a bit to my oil pulling and see what it would do. Afterall, wouldn't some of the capsicin(sp?) <---- pepper juice, be released and then absorbed in the mouth?

Again, not sure if this subject has been tackled already on this forum so wondering if anyone has tried it. I'm going to!
