I would say (if UR not eating ANY solids) you have a long way to go as far as bowel cleansing. You shouldn't have any solids after the first day.

After my first SWF, It's all liquid from weak tea to lite yelo pee color.

I am on my 15th-10 day Master-Cleanse (day 5) and I have yet to clear up my tongue. I also have poor digestion which I believe causes that.

I would keep going (if U can) and good luck
