several on this string were asking about whether castor oil is ok to take internally and how often, etc. I found my "recipe" for this in The Gerson Therapy book titled, The Gerson Therapy. It has you do this in conjunction with a castor Oil Enema . I've done this during my last week of Humaworm cleanse and I think it definitely aggitated something in my ab. Still waiting to see if it's going to kill a tapeworm. So far this and maybe taking 4 grams of CQ10, has made any impact on a potential tapeworm.
