check out http://www.eczema-natural-healing.com, after dozens of diets and treatments this has been the best for my daughter's eczema, she's also 31/2. We don't put anything on her skin anymore, not even natural products b/c thet irritate/redden her skin, her skin is very soft now thanks to the proboitics and oils in her diet. Good luck!!!
