Do I think it's effective? Yes - but I've been carefully monitoring myself for hypo- or hyper-thyroidism, and taking the vitamin / mineral supplements.
How effective? This is harder. I've also been doing humaworm (2nd course), and taking other stuff up to now, like ACV and black seed oil. And liver- and colon - cleansing. What i'm saying is that it may be the combo of things I'm doing. Definitely liver-cleanse - the toxin build-up from the Iodine is terrible.

I ingest Iodine (started on 1 drop a day), built up to 3 drops a day. I basically get to a level where I ahve die-off and stay at that level, until the die-off lessens. It's taken me 1 month to get to 3 drops. Humaworm also has Iodine in, so keep that in mind.

I paint all the Psoriasis areas ( basically, the whole of my shins, and ankles, my forearms and outsides of my upper arms), and marks like moles on my breasts. I also paint my face (I had an outbreak of Psoriasis on my face 2 years ago), andmy neck (because of the skin tags, and because the thyroid cleans the blood in the head, and I need it to start cleaning my blood of brain parasites).

Bath - I put a quarter cup of povidone-iodine in a half-full bath.
