You said you had a form of folliculitis; what form? I think that I had the same thing. That is what my Dr told me years ago. I was never told that I would go bald however. I used Colloidal Silver , oil of oregano and Iodine. I don’t have it anymore. BTW, we have a forum for the iodine.
