You guys sold me on oil pulling (lol), and I finally remembered to do it this morning (after wanting to for a week now, but just forgetting about it). I'd had a cup of green tea, but other than that, my stomach was totally empty. I got out my sesame oil, put 2 t in my mouth and swished for about 15 minutes, until the oil was thin and white when I spit it out. My mouth felt GREAT!

Anyways, by this afternoon, I began having a headache...and it's still here this evening. I don't usually get headaches, so when it was still bothering me this evning, it occured to me that this could possibly be a detox symptom from oil pulling? Is that possible and/or normal when a person is just starting out?
