Yes! I have had extreme difficulty having an cllmax. Sex has become painful in general, penetration causes sharp cramping pains. Even when I try to have strictly clitoral stimulation, when I get close to cllmax, I start having cramps, kills it for me every time. The whole point of having an iud is to be able to have a more carefree sexual experience with your mate. If the BIG O turns into a chore (or in my case, painful) what is the point?! I'm getting my iud removed tomorrow!!
