Hi there MH,

I recently came across this treatment- the foot bath. I'm sure you are familiar with it, but if not, your feet are placed in a warm foot bath and apparently all of these toxins come out via the pores in your feet. I was wondering what your thoughts are on this? Do you recommend this? Does it actually rid yor body of toxins?
