Thanks Kate, the enema idea sounds good. I actually like enemas (even the oral salt water). The coffee ones are my favorite. Oh, and adding a bit of chlorophyl is good (only had that at the end of a colonic.

When I wake tomorrow I'll do an oral salt flush.
